Drink your favorite brandy in elegant style with an oversized and heavyweight colorless glass crystal snifter. Over 24% leaded crystal brandy snifter was made in Russia circa 1992-94. It has a wheel-etched design of grapes, leaves and stems. In fine condtion, no chips. Hand made, several tiny "seed" bubbles evident.
A snifter is a short-stemmed container also known as a balloon. It has a wide bottom and a somewhat narrow top. The narrow top traps the aroma and the rounded bottom allows the glass to be cupped to warm the liquor. This snifter will hold 12-14oz. but is usually only partially filled. Weight is 1½ pounds.
