World War I Group Photo with Church Procession. A group of high-ranking clergy, including a bishop, an arch-priest, priests and altar boys march between two assembled ranks of Russian soldiers, who, perhaps, are getting ready to go to the front or even into battle. Two regimental commanders march in stride with the ecclesiastical procession.

This is a real photo from around 1914-1915 mounted on stiff backing. The photo measures 4 3/4" x 6 1/2" (overall 5 1/4" x 7 3/8"). It is graded as being in very good condition with a couple of scuffs at the bottom perimeter of the photo and bit of soil in the sky areas. The back is blank with exception with several Greek words identifying subject as archbishop and priest. Photo details are sharp and crisp and overall this piece is very attractive.
