      Kirov "Dance Troupe". The boy in this doll set is playing a small bayan and wears a purple service cap. The cap and top of the boy doll are machined from one piece of wood. The bayan is a chromatic button accordion developed in Russia in the early 20th century and named after 11th-century bard Boyan. The "troupe" is a 3-nested Viatka doll.

USSR paper insert in Russian, doll made in 1990. 4 nest, 5" to 1 1/2".
