To simulate chain mail, hundreds of tiny pieces of straw were painstakingly inlaid. The cut-into-shape straw was fastened and covered with an oil lacquer. A marvel of Russian folk art! Quantities limited. Made in the early 1990s. $195. Close up Shield Face Base |
